hi there, I'm Hayley

I’m a mom of two, married to my best friend, and someone who is always creating something random one way or another. When I’m not behind my camera, you can usually find me working on some kind of craft, rearranging my home, or trying to figure out how to garden (with varying levels of success).

Photography has always been a part of me, long before it became my job. I was the friend documenting everything, the one everyone handed their phone to because I just had the eye. My camera roll was always filled with little in-between moments I never wanted to forget. Capturing people as they truly are came so naturally to me, and I loved it without even realizing why. Looking back now, it feels like every bit of that was gently leading me here.

When you’re in front of my camera, I hope it’s not about what you’re wearing or whether you feel “photogenic,” but about fully stepping into a candid, genuine moment. I wholeheartedly believe those in-between, unposed moments are the truest reflection of who you are and therefore, the best photographs.
